I want to take this opportunity, on behalf of the PAG Modernization project team, to extend a warm and sincere thank you for all your hard work, and for building a terrific product for our partners and customers.

This “modernization” represents a significant improvement over the previous product. Your team’s suggestions and recommendations combined with years of experience and knowledge guided the project team in ways that not only met the functional requirements, they significantly contributed to a product that exceeded our expectations!

We were particularly excited by the visual and functional elements that were designed into the new interface, allowing the user to quickly toggle between their selections and the results, for example. This design demonstrated to us your commitment to the project, and your desire to go above and beyond the minimum set of requirements we provided.

We were also delighted by Manish’s and Sunil’s continued involvement throughout the endeavor. Your daily participation established clear communication channels and enabled us to work quickly through planning and design discussions.

And your ability to adapt to our unique working style, incorporating a bit of waterfall, a handful of agile, a parcel of scrum and a dash of Kanban enabled the entire team to focus on the project elements that delivered the most value in a very timely fashion.
I’m very thankful for your willingness to offer sage counsel and insightful recommendations; and for your patient acceptance of alternative viewpoints which lead, in some cases, to solutions beyond what any one person alone would have considered. This type of synergy, and the high level of trust and communication we shared, is rare, and quite frankly extraordinary.

We’re sad that our time together had to end so soon, and before we could put the crowning touch on The Package. Nonetheless, we’re quite confident we can continue this important work because of your attention to detail and your observances of our requirements.
Organizing the code as prescribed by our infrastructure requirements laid the foundation upon which future developers and designers will easily find their way around to build upon and enhance this delightful tool. For that we are appreciative and grateful. We thank you, sincerely, for becoming our partners, for working long hours into the night, for meeting with us so late in your day (EVERY DAY!), and for listening carefully as we struggled to work through the details.

This effort will be remembered for a long time, and we will continue to celebrate your contributions for generations.

When the application was released to the end users:

I wanted to reach out and let you know that today, at 7:00 am, we released the new version of PAG to our users. So far, the release has been a tremendous success and the feedback has been quite positive.
Our internal application developers were able to configure the remaining pieces, largely because of the great work by your team to write elegant code and by maintaining common standards throughout the application. The accordion paging is delightful, and the overall look and feel is refreshing.

I truly wish you and your amazing team could have been engaged to see their product shine today, and I want to thank you, your colleagues and your team for a fantastic experience. And I look forward to working with you again, soon, I hope!
